EPDM roofing is increasingly used when a fast, durable and quality waterproofing of flat and low pitched roofs is required. EPDM is a synthetic rubber that has been on the market for more than 50 years and has proven itself extensively. Its unique product features make EPDM the ideal roofing membrane for flat and low pitched roofs.

EPDM roofing does not contain plasticisers, does not leach and is extremely flexible. Due to this extreme flexibility (>400%) the material withstands all the stresses to which a flat roof is exposed during the lifetime of the building.

Whereas traditional roofing under the influence of UV radiation and weather conditions ages faster, this is not the case with EPDM. For example, EPDM roofing has a useful life of more than 50 years. Especially in terms of durability, useful life and ease of installation it leaves traditional alternatives far behind.

STRUCTASEAL® EPDM provides a flat roof waterproofing solution for the professional contractor. A ready made EPDM roof membrane allows almost every roof to be waterproofed quickly. The roofing material is supplied in membrane form (one piece). During the production process the seam connections of the membrane, where necessary have been vulcanised in the factory. This gives absolute certainty on waterproofing and minimizes residual waste and also ensures fast and safe installation.
