STRUCTASEAL® SELF ADHESIVE EPDM
PRODUCT
STRUCTASEAL® Self Adhesive EPDM is a multi purpose self-adhesive EPDM strip for airtight detailing of joints, openings and penetrations in construction. In addition it is suitable for for cladding new building facades, valley gutters and renovating old metal gutters. Widely applicable in new construction, renovation and refurbishment.
The self-adhesive EPDM strip has a thickness of 1.3 mm and a length of 20 metres. It has a fibreglass reinforcement layer and a butyl adhesive layer. This adhesive layer is provided with an easily removeable proctective film. STRUCTASEAL® Self Adhesive EPDM is available from the Builders Merchant in two widths, 200 mm and 500 mm on rolls of 20 metre lengths.

STRUCTASEAL® Self Adhesive EPDM is a robust and flexible product. The EPDM is re-inforced with a fiberglass layer which allows the product to cope with the many movements in the building or construction detail. The BUTYL based layer hjas a proctective film which allows easy and quick installation once removed. The material remains elastic, does not become rigid or liquid and does not secrete environmentally harmful substances. The UV resistance of the EPDM top layer allows a durable seal that in many cases lasts longer than the service life of the building!
